Daneyliz Rodriguez
Founder and Director of Marketing & Operations
Daneyliz Rodriguez is the Founder and Director of Marketing Strategy & Operations at Manna Creative Solutions, a faith-centered marketing consultancy built on the belief that strategic marketing can and should be a source of provision. After graduating from The Ohio State University with a dual degree in Journalism and Economics, she began pursuing a career in marketing. Now, with over a decade of experience in marketing and project management, Daneyliz has found her calling: To help organizations of all sizes grow their impact through marketing solutions.
Her professional journey is rooted in a passion for service and nonprofit work. At PAWS Chicago, the largest No Kill animal shelter in the Midwest, she developed content strategies for monthly newsletters, growing the audience to over 200,000; transformed marketing operations by implementing streamlined processes and managing over 500 projects annually; and created a brand guide to keep brand messaging and voice consistent in all channels. At Moody Bible Institute, a nonprofit college in Chicago, she spearheaded strategic marketing plans that significantly boosted student enrollment and pioneered data-driven approaches to optimize lead conversion. Her experience also includes developing an internal communications app at OhioHealth; as well as re-designing a website, creating SEO strategies, optimizing website content, and boosting organic traffic for Twende Outreach International, a nonprofit based in Uganda that helps youth complete their education.
Through these experiences and so many more, Daneyliz discovered a calling to serve businesses and nonprofits as a source of creative and strategic provision. Her mission at Manna Creative Solutions is to use her expertise in marketing, data analysis, and project management to help you tell your story and achieve your goals with excellence.

Tim Jones
Director of Training & Development
Tim Jones is the Director of Training & Development at Manna Creative Solutions. He was born and raised in Columbus, OH, where he served as an educator for over a decade. He is a proud English teacher who has served in a variety of roles at local schools, from Intervention Specialist to Director of Curriculum and Instruction. His experiences with charter schools give him a unique understanding of the current climate of education in alternative schooling spaces. Tim is passionate about the development and growth of people, and his goal is to continue to help individuals reach their full potential through mentorship.
Currently, he is married to the love of his life, Daneyliz Rodriguez, and is entering his first year of Graduate School at Harvard, where he will be pursuing a master’s in Education Leadership and Organizational Entrepreneurship. He is someone who can develop a culture of development, growth, and strong relationships at any organization by providing staff training and development, organizational strategy, and network building.
His long-term goal is to develop an international school system that connects students to mentors on a global scale. He believes that mentorship is the key to connecting future generations to the rest of the world.
